What a report is, and isn't
SafeNest grades are algorithmic summaries of public records — informational opinions, not statements of fact and not guarantees about any place. The crime grade is a city-wide average of reported crime. It does not describe a specific street or address.
Registered offenders are shown as counts by distance band, never names, photos, or addresses. They are candidate matches from public registries and may not reflect current status, address, or classification; a listing does not confirm any individual's identity, which can be verified through your state's official registry.
This report is not a consumer report or background check on any individual and may not be used for employment, tenancy, credit, or any FCRA-governed purpose. Using this information to harass, threaten, intimidate, or commit any crime against any person is illegal under federal and state law.
Flood coverage is a record of federal disaster declarations for the area — not a parcel-level flood-zone determination. Check FEMA's flood maps and flood-insurance requirements for a specific address.
